Hi there! My name is Jitka Richards and I am a qualified podiatrist registered with the
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and also a member of The Royal College of Podiatry.

I have worked in the NHS for around 13 years in a variety of specialities supporting the surgical team during and after operations, ensuring that patients receive the best level of care possible.

I progressed to working in clinical hepatology research as a clinical trials associate at the Freeman and also in specialist clinics in other locations such as the RVI and the old General Hospital for 6 years.

My duties and responsibilities were to aspire to the highest standards of performance and professionalism in the provision of high-quality care that is safe, effective and focused on patient experience.

I have completed the BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree in Durham. High standards of professionalism when working with patients and I consider myself a friendly, positive, enthusiastic and hardworking podiatrist with a true passion for podiatry and the patients that I treat.
